The workflow is organized around a board that exposes agent sessions, task state, blockers, reviews, and the merge queue instead of requiring users to reconstruct progress from chat transcripts. Tasks are stored as Markdown in a `.dispatch/` directory, with optional two-way Linear synchronization. The page identifies Claude Code as the current agent integration and says the project’s own backlog and agent-tagged commits are managed through Dispatch.
