The proposal uses a household-by-household deposit model to test whether enough East Atlanta families will support shared ownership before pursuing a site. Its physical concept is unusually concrete: a five-lane, Junior Olympic-length pool with a shallow sun shelf would sit fifteen feet below an event deck, while a former church sanctuary could become an event and coworking room.
