Field notes

The app stores Markdown notes on disk and writes its index beside them in `.nodez/`, while a connected repository contributes files, symbols, imports, and package dependencies without being writable through the attachment. Its MCP server exposes operations including `query_graph`, `impact_of`, `explain_edge`, and `write_note`; the displayed configuration points an agent at a local `NODEZ_VAULT_DIR`. The alpha currently targets Windows 10/11 and macOS 12+.
