Sde Dov is organized as a live planning and construction record rather than a directory of operating businesses. Its map and area taxonomy cover Eshkol, Central, North and the Promenade, while dated entries track individual lots and approvals. The site identifies 17 developers across three complexes and distinguishes projected first occupancy—around 2029 in Eshkol, 2031 in Central and 2032 in North—from confirmed move-in dates. It also records the planned scale: 16,000 homes, approximately 3,000 hotel rooms and 125,000 square metres of commerce.
