MedsToKorea: the medication checker for South Korea
A Korea-specific lookup tool that tells travelers whether a medication is allowed, restricted, or prohibited before they fly.
Field notes
The checker accepts several kinds of medication identifiers, including international brand names, ingredients, combination products, and Korean names. Its visible coverage includes 538 medications and products, with examples ranging from stimulants and sedatives to insulin, Ozempic, cannabis products, and common pain medicines. Separate guides explain MFDS approval, arrival procedures at Incheon, prohibited items, and why a carry permit cannot be used to mail controlled medication.
