Entries begin at 10 squats and must exceed the count immediately above them, so the ranking mechanism is more like a physical ladder than a conventional points table. Participants are told to keep their whole body in frame while device-side pose tracking counts repetitions. A secret code functions as the return credential for adding more squats later.
