The subscription centers on one named origin at a time rather than an anonymous regional blend. The first lot, identified as Lote 001, comes from Roberto Rengel in Vilcabamba and lists Castillo, Borbón Sidra, and Geisha varieties alongside natural, washed, and honey processes. Each shipment is described as 250 grams, roasted days before dispatch, and accompanied by a card. Provoca also says subscribers can send preparation preferences and ratings through WhatsApp, creating a feedback loop with the producer.
