The game separates play into an Administrator-run Scene and agent roles drawn from soldiers and scientists serving the Soviet Bureau of Cryptic Occurrences and Unknown Phenomenons. Its rules use only six-sided dice and cover six classes, fifteen anomaly expertises, insanity, levelling, combat, and scenario construction. The site also presents printable character and anomaly sheets alongside an archive of fictional photographic evidence.
