SpeakerSheesh Hears the Room Getting in the Way
An early-access room-correction tool that uses your phone to measure speaker response and cautiously fix repeatable bass problems.
Field notes
The workflow separates capture from analysis: the phone records each sweep while the computer generates the signal, builds a room profile, and reruns the test after correction. Measurements cover the centre listening position plus two spots 15–25 cm away, and only peaks recurring across all three positions qualify for cuts. The site explicitly limits correction to 40–250 Hz and uses an unlabeled, loudness-matched comparison rather than treating a flatter graph as proof of improvement.
