Field notes

The board uses four columns—Inbox, Doing, Waiting, and Done—and supports six named card pigments. Cards can remain ordinary markdown or become files in a chosen Obsidian folder, with frontmatter for Dataview and preserved wikilinks. The enrichment pass searches note titles, tags, and bodies locally, then reads connected Outlook mail, calendar, and task data. Suggestions such as due dates or column moves require individual approval, while unavailable sources are reported rather than silently blocking the rest of the pass.
