XER Auditor: A DCMA Schedule Check in the Browser

The auditor accepts Primavera P6 .xer exports, including files containing one or multiple projects, and performs the parsing locally in the browser. Its dashboard separates percentage-based checks for points 1–11 from the index- and count-based checks in points 12–14, with drill-down views for individual points. PDF and Excel outputs include statuses, thresholds, measured values, and flagged schedule items. The site cautions that the final four checks rely on target_end_date as a baseline proxy.
