The project treats a garden as a small observational database: weekly activity, crop starts, first picks, failures, harvest weights, weather, and photographs are presented as different views of the same record. The page says roughly 15,000 events have been logged, with waterings and rain making up about 10,000 of them. It also deliberately leaves two unproductive June weeks out of the displayed account, while acknowledging plants and work that never became measurable harvest.
