Astropress uses a WordPress plugin to produce and serve a static Astro copy while leaving the editorial workflow in WordPress. The documented sequence provides a preview in 2–10 minutes, then watches for posts, page edits, and image changes and syncs them in about 30 seconds. The page also describes a form relay that stores submissions before passing them into WordPress, plus a private subdomain for human-only CMS access.
