lazydeck puts a Steam devkit fleet in one terminal
An open-source, keyboard-driven TUI for pairing, deploying to, monitoring, and pulling logs from multiple Steam Deck and Steam Machine devkits.
Field notes
The terminal interface groups device discovery, pairing, status, deployment, log synchronization, and cancellation into device and activity panels, with multi-select support for fleet-wide actions. A loopback HTTP+SSE service exposes these operations beyond the TUI, including to Godot and Unity editor packages and an optional stdio MCP server. The project targets macOS and amd64/arm64 Linux, and describes dedicated SSH host-key storage plus release artifacts containing a Go binary and vendored Python runtime.
