Meithra describes a staged knowledge pipeline in which submissions remain unavailable to ordinary retrieval until policy, evidence, validation, and deduplication checks pass. Its MOP 0.2 example carries a finding, runtime and platform context, evidence references, trust and freshness values, lifecycle state, and lineage. The homepage also separates transient recall requests from public contributions and says models may assist classification, while deterministic controls enforce access and lifecycle rules.
