The proposed object is built from a GPX recording: elevation data forms the terrain, while the route becomes a separate contrasting insert seated in a recess. Users can choose among 150, 180, and 200 mm square formats, add an oak base, and frame out unwanted recording such as a drive to the trailhead. The page explicitly warns that flat city routes may not read well and says a GPX is used only for the print.
