Alias, the party game that puts the traitor in the room
An in-person hidden-role game for 3 to 50 players, combining secret allegiances, witnessed dares, proximity-based phone mechanics, and table votes.
Field notes
Alias uses a host phone and QR-code or four-letter table joining rather than requiring every player to create an account. Its central mechanic is physical proximity: another player must be nearby to witness a dare, while Double Agents can strike someone at close range. The rules support 3 to 50 players and include asymmetric roles such as Seer, Protector, and Jester. The site says App Store release is forthcoming and Google Play access is currently in testing.
