Kebonomi Turns Kebab Into an Economic Instrument

The project uses a standard Adana kebab as a common unit for reading wages and prices rather than presenting a single headline ratio. Its index family separates purchasing power, work time, inflation, and shrinkflation, with the latter expressed as cost per 100 grams of meat. The visible series is labeled KBO—TR and reaches back to 1980, while city and international comparisons are identified as research or planned work.
