ReturnIt Turns Returns Into a Delivery Route
A Phoenix-metro service that picks up store returns, tracks receipt deadlines, and can bring a same-store online order home on the same run.
Field notes
The service combines receipt management with physical return transport: a photographed receipt supplies the return deadline, then a runner collects items and takes them to the store. Its distinctive Loop workflow attaches a same-store online order to that route, using one ticket with separate return and order lanes. The published operating boundaries are unusually concrete, including five items or 40 pounds for a one-time pickup, an eight-mile distance surcharge threshold, and cooler-based grocery handling only on Monday and Friday.
