The workflow separates local field capture from optional distributed coordination. A DroneScout Bridge receives Remote ID broadcasts when terrain and radio conditions permit, the mobile app records tracks on the device, and the result can flow into CalTopo Teams incident maps. The managed tier is described as supporting multiple zones, duplicate-track suppression, flight records containing pilot, drone, distance, time, and weather, and pilot-approved video requests.
