Hosts can assemble a guide from check-in messages, house rules, listing descriptions, and other existing notes rather than starting with a blank form. Askello describes answers as constrained to the guide’s published sections, with unknown questions returned to the host for later addition. The guest-facing layer is designed for a phone, supports questions in the guest’s language, and can be distributed through a QR card placed in the property.
