No-Rings: Twenty Minutes, No Phone
A BYU and Provo service that arranges brief, daytime conversations between two people in public places.
Field notes
Participants choose acceptable meeting locations from a map and submit availability once; the service then proposes a shared place and time to both people simultaneously. The arrangement limits the information exchanged: first name, age, selected answers, and meeting details come first, with phone numbers released only after mutual consent the following morning. The page also describes a public process for revising its questions, including recording when questions are added or voted out.
