Farangur models packing as a three-state progression: Taking, Ready, and Packed, with a separate “To buy” mark that feeds a plain-text shopping list. Group mode turns shared equipment into explicit needs and claims, then surfaces shortages and over-supply; an invitation link can let someone claim an item without creating an account. Quantities can scale with trip length and are capped for laundry, while previous packs can be cloned for repeat events.
