Human Labor Liberation Project
An independent research initiative asking how AI, robotics, automation, and abundant energy could reduce the labor required for human survival.
Field notes
The project organizes its thesis into five stages, beginning with an atlas of direct and embedded human hours in essential goods and services and ending with measurement of reduced compulsory labor. Its proposed evidence base includes economic models, an AI-assisted opportunity engine, and studies of energy, chips, batteries, actuators, and manufacturing capacity. The site also names housing, food, logistics, and manufacturing as possible pilot areas, while extending the question to future Moon and Mars settlements.
