Field notes

The proposed record begins with a creator-held Ed25519 key or an authorized institutional issuer, then receives a separate HPS registry countersignature after verification. Supporting material may include hashed or sealed drafts, source code, notes, datasets, and version history. The model also permits independent signed attestations and records status changes such as active, disputed, and revoked, keeping original declarations distinct from later claims.
