The workflow combines a shared map with a Hunt Card containing the date, meeting point, zone, rules, and a Safe Hunt Score. Participants can RSVP through a WhatsApp-shared link without installing an app, while organizers record check-ins, check-outs, and post-hunt reports. The marketplace keeps hunting areas approximate until a host approves access to exact locations, making location permissions part of the product rather than an afterthought.
