The project divides local knowledge into food and drink, purchases, seasonal moments, and attributed voices, then connects those sections to an app with exploration and saving features. Its Jerez route includes three sherry styles—fino, amontillado, and oloroso—and ties the city to the Feria del Caballo, grape-harvest festivities, and December zambombas. The extract also includes recommendations attributed to people associated with Madrid and Llanes.
