Maply uses a four-step sequence—Upload, Assign, Review, Export—to move a prior firm's trial-balance CSV toward a Yardi journal entry. Its central safeguard is a tie-out gate: export is described as physically blocked until the source total equals the mapped total. The public assignment demo runs on sample data, allows many source rows to roll into one destination account, and notes that nothing in the demonstration is saved.
