The proposed workflow links de-identified admission, medication, and culture records, then checks whether cases have reached a reassessment point and places them in a morning queue. The visible prototype shows seven examples, including one withheld because the institution-level count is below 30 and another withheld because historical susceptibility records conflict. NARROW says it will measure review rates and response times retrospectively before deciding whether a clinical installation is justified.
