Tailboard keeps construction safety meetings signed, sealed, and ready for inspection
A toolbox-talk tool for small contractors: a foreman sends a five-minute safety topic, crew members sign on their phones, and the meeting becomes a printable, verifiable record.
Field notes
The workflow turns a recurring toolbox talk into a structured record: choose or write a topic, text a link, collect phone signatures, then close and file the meeting. The sample record includes a roof-edge topic, a 29 CFR 1926.501 reference, three timestamped signers, and a seal code that can be checked at a public verification address. Plans charge for the people managing meetings rather than for the size of the crew.
