Avantido accepts typed tasks as well as speech and photographs of notes, whiteboards, or shelves, then says it can separate, prioritize, and categorize the resulting items. Categories can carry configured actions, including calendar or Apple Reminders entries, while recurring tasks generate a successor after completion. The homepage lists German, English, and Turkish versions and describes device/private-iCloud storage, with AI sent to an external provider only when the user invokes that feature.
