The operation uses a tightly scoped workflow: verify the request with the recipient, fund the project before procurement, buy from nearby vendors, deliver in person, and reconcile the spend. The site gives unusually concrete examples, including a 7.5 kVA generator delivered in Moldova and a rejected list of tables, pots, and heaters that were not actually needed. Current listings include a Kharkiv center serving more than 2,000 members and a Colombia response still described as in development.
