Braid Sync: The Browser Profile Boundary Workaround
A Chrome and Edge extension that keeps bookmarks and tab groups synchronized across separate browser profiles, accounts, and devices.
Field notes
Braid Sync uses a private registry containing the titles and URLs selected for synchronization, then merges those items back into participating browser profiles. Sync can run weekly in the background or on demand, and tab groups arrive collapsed with their tabs unloaded so a large group does not immediately consume memory. The site says deletions persist across syncs and that passwords, cookies, form entries, page content, and browsing history remain outside the system.
