The house sheet returns items such as rear depth, side width, outbuilding room, and possible ground-floor gain; the barn sheet covers floorspace per dwelling, remaining dwellings, and extension limits. The page gives example figures of 4 metres and 8 metres for rear depth and says the paid Pro tier costs £49 monthly for a team.
