Players work through formation-based situations rather than memorizing shirt numbers in isolation. The interface tracks answers, best streaks, weekly focus, and tier progress, while allowing a player to select up to three positions and switch formations without changing the underlying job. Coach mode adds a team layer: coaches can set a weekly theme, adjust the words used for calls, and share a week code.
