EpiCerto describes a phone-based PPE inventory and evidence trail built around Brazil's Certificate of Approval numbers. An item is registered with its CA, assigned to a worker for a stated reason, and signed for on the device; the record includes a photo, timestamp, and location and is described as closed to later editing. The inspection view is intended to export a worker- or worksite-filtered PDF containing signed forms, CAs, and replacement history.
