Henerals: Every Piece Has a Secret

Henerals uses hidden ranks and asymmetric counters rather than visible piece strength: a spy can defeat every officer but is vulnerable to a private. Players arrange 21 pieces across their nearest three rows, move one square at a time, and challenge opponents to expose a rank.
