The tool turns a selected portrait into a document-specific image by locating facial landmarks, removing the original background, applying a required color, and positioning the head within measured bands. Its checklist reports values such as head height, eye-line height, centering, roll, and inter-eye distance rather than returning only a pass/fail result.
