Receipt Otter takes a payment JSON array and a delivery CSV, links them through request references, and produces reviewable exceptions rather than treating a match as proof that either event occurred. Its arithmetic uses integer units at up to 18 fractional digits, with charges and refunds calculated separately by currency. The page supports datasets of up to 10,000 payment records and preserves source rows in exported difference reports. Signature verification and the proposed shared receipt index are presented as future or external-service features.
