Riptide uses Shopify order notes to distinguish live-rip orders from sealed shipments, then routes eligible orders into a seller-controlled queue. The example workspace exposes buyer, product, quantity, status, and estimated timing, while viewer-facing overlays can show the current and next turns without exposing full customer details. After a show, the stated workflow continues into packout, tracking, missing-cost review, and profitability.
