The project organizes several rural services around a shared solar-and-battery site, with one team handling logistics, operations, administration, and long-term maintenance while partners run individual pillars. Its service list extends from agri-processing, cold storage, and irrigation to e-mobility, clean cooking, tele-education, tele-health, and enterprise support. The first hub is identified as under construction in Nyamugari, Burundi; the homepage also names FAO, AAIN, Uganda, and Nigeria in its partnership and expansion account.
