Anchor Studios’ Two Venices

The studio describes a four-stage operating system: find a repeatable dramatic rule, document the world’s visual and character logic, produce with AI assistance, then ship releases into a feedback loop. Its two projects deliberately reuse Venice as shared material: Milo’s Adventures follows a real dog through family-oriented animated stories, while The Duke of Venice applies the same streets to a hand-drawn-inspired noir involving Pacific fog and motorcycles.
