Ekspedo connects to an existing mailbox over IMAP, turns freight correspondence into deal cards, and preserves the source line for extracted fields such as addresses, dates, weight, pallets, and LDM. Its displayed workflow uses eleven statuses from request to close and combines missing details into one clarification message rather than a sequence of replies. The page presents human review as a hard boundary: prices remain marked “check,” no message leaves without a button press, and corrected fields are not silently overwritten.
