Fund Desk runs locally on Windows and is designed to sit between a trader and a Bybit order. It calculates position size from entry and stop, checks configurable limits, shows the outgoing payload, and requires the symbol to be typed before sending. Its rules include a fund floor, daily loss cap, open-risk ceiling, concurrent-position cap, and cooldown after consecutive losses; tightening applies immediately, while loosening waits until 00:00 UTC.
