KeptIndex keeps score on corporate promises
A public record of dated company commitments, their deadlines, and the evidence showing whether they were met.
Field notes
The database applies a defined review sequence to corporate announcements: extract a dated deliverable from an SEC-filed press release, wait through the deadline and an additional 30-day allowance, then look for public evidence. The homepage separates open commitments from checked outcomes and currently reports 96 entries across 57 companies. Examples span clinical-trial milestones, regulatory decisions, oil-field infrastructure, investor distributions, and retail-store openings. A correction request link provides a route for challenging the record.
