ShareNod takes the upload out of file sharing
A browser-based file-sharing tool that sends files directly between devices or stores them behind controlled, optionally encrypted links.
Field notes
The service separates immediate transfer from delayed storage: direct sharing moves a file device to device, while stored links add controls such as passwords, download caps, and expiry dates. Its optional browser-side encryption uses a twelve-word key placed after the URL’s # fragment, so the server cannot read that key. The same site also includes live-editable shared notes, with encryption available when searchability and simultaneous editing are not required.
