The project organizes its fictional premise into four operating units: hospitality, an intentionally ruleless game, food service, and NyetPR broadcasts. The site says installations are dismantled and reassembled annually, while Trotsky Takos has been part of the operation since 2025. NyetPR accepts airtime requests and issues bulletins, interviews, performances, and retractions, with transmission quality supposedly affected by dust, altitude, and administrative interference.
