Mini Germany 3D
A browser-based 3D map that visualizes German public transport, ships, and aircraft against photorealistic city models.
Field notes
Transit movement is calculated from timetable data and reported delays rather than GPS, so a delayed train appears where the schedule says it should be at that moment. Ships and aircraft follow a different path through AIS and ADS-B transponder updates, with the page stating that three days of their movements remain available for replay. The map draws on OpenStreetMap, gtfs.de/DELFI, CesiumJS, and photorealistic 3D city tiles, and offers city-specific views across 14 German locations.
