The tool uses a full-size 450 mm plate as a scale reference, then asks the user to mark a consistent bar feature across successive frames of the lift. It calculates peak and mean upward speed alongside vertical and horizontal range, with mean speed described as time-weighted across upward marked intervals. Results can be exported as CSV, while the page states that selected videos remain in the browser.
