Cite300, an OSHA paperwork tool that knows when to refuse
Cite300 checks OSHA coverage, helps classify recordable injuries, tracks reporting clocks, and produces a 300A posting sheet and ITA upload CSV.
Field notes
Cite300 combines an OSHA coverage check, recordability prompts, deadline tracking, and year-end file generation in one browser-local workflow. It uses NAICS and peak-headcount inputs for coverage, evaluates scenarios against 29 CFR 1904, and can produce both a printable 300A posting and the 28-column CSV used by OSHA’s ITA upload. The page identifies specific reporting clocks, including eight hours for fatalities and 24 hours for several serious incidents. It explicitly leaves the final upload to the operator.
